1) Parking and entrances

- Onsite car park (limited spaces)
- Surrounding street parking
- Tempe High School car park (around a 300m walk)
Which entrance should I use?
Your entry point depends on where you park:
- From the onsite car park: enter via the steel staircase to the main entrance
- From street parking: enter from downstairs
- Accessible/pram entry: there is an accessible/pram door from the onsite car park
If you use this entrance, please pop up to reception before your lesson.
Weekday morning program
If you attend the weekday morning program, you may be directed straight to pool deck to check in with the supervisor downstairs.
2) Check-in and getting to pool deck
Step 1: Check in
Head to reception upstairs (near the cafe) and tell the team your name to check in.
After check-in you’ll receive a graded lesson ticket showing your swimmer’s level and lane. Please bring it with you to pool deck.
Step 2: Go to pool deck
Pool deck can be accessed via both staircases from reception:
- The stairs behind the desk pass the family change room
- The stairs to the right lead to the male and female toilets and change rooms
Who to speak to if you need help
Starting somewhere new can feel busy, especially on pool deck. If you’re unsure, please ask:
- Reception team (upstairs): check-in, swimming lessons bookings in Tempe, general questions
- Supervisors in red shirts (pool deck): where to go, class guidance, support on the day
