Make-Up Class Policy

• Eligibility: Each student is eligible for one make-up class per calendar month per booking.

• Notification Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours' notice through the Parent Portal is required to qualify for a make-up class. Notifications via email or phone are not accepted.

Make-Up Token Generation

A make-up token will be automatically generated after the scheduled absence date if the following conditions are met.

• The absence is submitted via the Parent Portal at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
• It is the first scheduled absence for the calendar month.

Important Details About Make-Up Tokens

• Validity: Tokens are valid for 8 weeks from the issue date.

• Active Booking Requirement: Tokens can only be used while the student has an active booking in our program. If the student does not have an active booking, the token will remain inaccessible until re-enrollment.

• Non-Transferable: Tokens are specific to the student and cannot be transferred or shared.

• One-Time Use: Once a make-up class is booked using a token, the booking cannot be altered, changed, or rescheduled for any reason.

Please note that our make-up policy does not apply to School Holiday programs. Changes, cancellations, or make-up classes are not permitted for these programs once bookings are confirmed with payment.

How to Use Your Make-Up Token

Make-up classes must be scheduled on an alternate day/time to your child’s regular class. To book, please log in to the Parent Portal and select a suitable make-up class time.

Why the 24-Hour Notice Policy is Important

This policy allows us to manage class availability effectively, enabling us to offer make-up slots based on cancellations from other students. This proactive approach ensures fairness and consistency for all families while maintaining the integrity of our program.

• Please Note:  Scheduled Absence / makeup policy does not include School Holiday program - strictly NO changes, cancellations or make up classes are permitted for any reason once School Holiday booking is confirmed with payment.
