As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality aquatic education, we are writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our lesson pricing, effective from August 2025.


Why the Change?


Over the past year, we have done everything possible to absorb rising operational costs without impacting our families. However, like many businesses in our sector, we are now facing sustained increases across several key areas, including:


  • Energy and Utility Costs: Maintaining our pools at a consistent 33°C, keeping our facilities well-lit, and ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment has become significantly more expensive.


  • Insurance Premiums: The cost of comprehensive insurance coverage—essential to protecting our students, families, and staff—has risen sharply across the industry.


  • Staff Wages and Ongoing Training: Our instructors and support team are central to the strength of our programs. We continue to invest in their development to ensure your child receives the best instruction from skilled, knowledgeable, and committed educators.


  • Make-up Class Flexibility: We know life gets busy, and we’ve always offered the option to make up missed classes. The cost of providing this ongoing flexibility has also increased, and we are committed to preserving this convenience for our families.

We remain deeply focused on providing outstanding value while ensuring our programs are sustainable, supported, and reflective of the quality our families expect.


New Lesson Pricing (from August 2025):


  • Direct Debit Rate: $25.00 per lesson (previously $23.50)


  • Pay at Reception / Invoiced Rate: $29.00 per lesson (previously $27.00)


  • Casual Lesson Rate: $31.00 per lesson (previously $29.00)
